This Short Course is conducted by the Department of Educational Leadership and Management, Faculty of Education. The Open University of Sri Lanka. The main objectives of the Programme are To enhance knowledge, skills and attitudes towards effective school management, To provide hands-on experience in the key areas of school management, and To facilitate the application of skills, strategies, new trends and innovations in school management.
