Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing – USJP – 2023
Applications are invited from interested candidates for the Diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) offered by the Department of Geography at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This Diploma aims to create a career path with professional qualifications in the fields of Geoinformatics, for those non-graduate employees and students.

- Medium – English
- Course fee – Rs. 75,000 (Paid in two instalments)
- Lecture – Sunday 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m
Eligibility Criteria
- Pass the G.C.E (A/L) in three (03) Subjects or
- Professional or any other Equivalent qualification accepted by the university with adequate knowledge in both spoken and written English.
