ENTRY QULIFICATION
- Applicants must qualify academically for admission to their chosen degree, including English proficiency.
- Must be a citizen of an African country committed to ethical leadership and community engagement.
- Age requirement: between 18 and 33 years old by the application deadline.
- A demonstrated track record of leadership and service in the community is essential.
- Applicants must show academic excellence and ambitions that exceed their financial resources.
- An undergraduate degree must be earned by July 2025.
- Applicants should not have started or completed other graduate or master’s degrees before August 2025.
- Must be able to live in Phoenix, Arizona, for the duration of the program.
