Diploma in English – OUSL – 2026
Application are invited from interested candidates for Diploma in English 2026, Offered by Open University.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
- Passed the OUSL Certificate in Professional English (After 2012) with a minimum of 3 “C” passes; or
- Passed the OUSL Advanced Certificate in English for Business and Professional Communication Stage II, with a minimum of two B+ grades for Writing Skills and Reading and Comprehension, and two B- grades for Listening & Speech Skills and Business Communication; or
- Passed the OUSL Advanced Certificate in English for Professional Communication, with a minimum of two B grades for LEC2525 (Reading in the Professional Environment) and LEC2527 (Writing Skills in the Workplace); or,
- Obtained three (3) passes at the G.C.E. A/L and a pass at the Selection Test conducted
by the Department of Language Studies; or - Passed any Foundation Course offered by the OUSL and a pass at the Selection Test conducted by the Department of Language Studies; or
- Obtained an equivalent or any other higher qualification acceptable to the Senate of the OUSL and a pass at the Selection Test conducted by the Department of Language Studies.
