Application are invited from interested candidates for Postgraduate diploma in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management Offred by University of Colombo
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution relevant to Postgraduate Diploma Program; OR
- Any other Bachelor’s degree, with prior learning/ work experience relevant to Postgraduate Diploma Program; OR
- Professional qualification relevant to Postgraduate Diploma Program from a recognized professional body acceptable to the Faculty Board of the FGS and Senate of the University of Colombo with prior learning/ work experience relevant subject area; OR
- Completion of NVQ level 7 (equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in SLQF) with relevant work experience in relevant subject area as determined by the Faculty Board of the FGS and Senate of the University of Colombo; OR
- Diploma or Higher Diploma from a recognized institute or university or an equivalent qualification to SLQF Three/ Four (03/04) with Two/ Three (02/03) years’ work experience relevant to Postgraduate Diploma Program as determined by the Faculty Board of the FGS and Senate of the University of Colombo; And
- A good knowledge of English language and satisfactory performance at a selection test and/ or selection interview.
