Diploma in Computer-based Accounting and Information Systems – UOC – 2024

Applications are invited from interested candidates for the Diploma in Computer-based Accounting and Information Systems 2024, Faculty of Management and Finance Offred by the University of Colombo.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• Passed G.C.E A/L Examination in Commerce Stream with a minimum of three (03) passes in one sitting (New syllabus) four passes in one sitting (Old syllabus)

OR

• Passed A2 Examination of AAT / Passed Executive Level of CA  Sri Lanka/ Passed Foundation Level Examination of CIMA (UK) or CMA  Sri Lanka / Knowledge Level of ACCA (UK)

OR

• Passed G.C. E A/L examination in any other Stream with a minimum of three (03) passes in one sitting (New Syllabus) four (04) Passes in one sitting (Old Syllabus) and one (01) year post-qualifying working experience in Accounting / Business field.

OR

• Any Advanced certificate (equivalent to SLQF level 2 or NVQF level 4) or any other equivalent approved by the Qualification Evaluation Committee.

AND

• Working knowledge of the English language and basic computer literacy.
